Working principle
YYW series organic heat carrier boiler is also called fast loading and forced circulation fuel (gas). This series of boiler is characterized by large heating area and compact area. Heating area consists of coil pipes which are placed closely at inside, middle and o ut side (or inside and outside). Inner coil pipes are radiation heating surface.
There is a convection heating surface formed between middle&outer coil pipes and inner coil pipes. Fuels are burnt and release heat in combustion chamber which is composed of inner coil pipes. After most amount of heat is absorbed by radiation heating-surface, flue gas with high temperature will enter convection heating surface for heat exchange. Efficient four-return design achieves even heat and low thermal inertia. Air enters boiler from air inlet of burner at the front of boiler. Then, air will pass through jacket between inner and outer la
yer from all around and join combustion at the back part. In this process, flue gas forms four returns and is discharged out from chimney.
