Process flow: cold materials (used machine oil) will exchange heat with tower gas phase composition. After heat exchange, materials will be heated by pipe furnace. The temperature of materials will reach to requested value. Then, materials will enter rectifying column for being rectified. At the same time, reflux ratio will be controlled. After heat exchange with materials, gas phase component on the top of the tower will be condensated and enter into light component receiving tank. After condenstated, heavy constituent enters into recombinant tank. Components at the bottom of tower enters slag tank; the gas which can not be condensated will reture to pipe furnace for being burning.

1. This project holds a lot of advantages such as novel method, resonable process, obvious econimic effects, low cost and less investment, flexible operation and convenient operation.
2. Raw materials will exchange heat repeatedly with products, which realizes the continous use of thermal energy.
3. Rectification is started under negative pressure, which reduces reaction temperature and cost. Meanwhile, the splitting of used oil will be avoided.
4. The color of oil will be guranteed by adjusting reflux ratio.
