Technical introduction

Reduce essential oil by used oil
Process flow: cold materials (used machine oil) will exchange heat with tower gas phase composition. After heat exchange, materials will be heated by pipe furnace. The temperature of materials will reach to requested value. Then, materials will enter rectifying column for being rectified. At the same time, reflux ratio will be controlled. After heat exchange with materials, gas phase component on the top of the tower will be condensated and enter into light component receiving tank. After condenstated, heavy constituent enters into recombinant tank. Components at the bottom of tower enters slag tank; the gas which can not be condensated will reture to pipe furnace for being burning.
Characteristics:
1. This project holds a lot of advantages such as novel method, resonable process, obvious econimic effects, low cost and less investment, flexible operation and convenient operation.
2. Raw materials will exchange heat repeatedly with products, which realizes the continous use of thermal energy.
3. Rectification is started under negative pressure, which reduces reaction temperature and cost. Meanwhile, the splitting of used oil will be avoided.
4. The color of oil will be guranteed by adjusting reflux ratio.

Advantages

This project adopts advanced no-acid and alkali washing heating technology. It is different from conventional sulfuric acid and flocculation process. Fewer additives are needed in the project. With less cost, it is easy to buy. This technology holds following features:
1. Lower cost. It costs only 300 to 900 yuan to process one-ton used oil.
2. Easy to operate: only 1 to 2 people are needed to operate;
3. Can process crude diesel, gasoline and other kinds of oil. It can almost process all used lubricant oil;
4. Friendly to environment: the whole equipment is sealed. No harmful gas is produced in the process. The colloid and oxidizing materials in used oil will be processed into oily sludge which can be used as fuel and asphalt;
5. High recycle rate: the recycle rate can reach 85%. 80% to 85% base oil is contained; the mixture of diesel oil and gasoline is 6% to 8%; the oily sludge is 8% to 10%;
6. Precise high vacumm system makes the equipment work in ultimate vacumm environment;
7. High-grade reclaimed oil is produced; the reclaimed oil with no rare delicacy; the color can be reserved in a half year.
