Technical introduction
Material powder particles present annular fluidized state in raw material container (fluid bed). After being preheated and mixed by purified air, inject binder solvent, which will make numerous particles gather and form cumularsharolith with binder. Because hot air dries materials constantly, the moisture in cumularsharolith will be evaporated. Binder will be solidified. This process continues constantly in order to form ideal and uniform spherical particles with micropore.
Advantages
