After combustion and reaction, hot combustion air will further contact with outer air. After reaching a certain temperature, hot air will directly enter drying room or bakery room for being heated, and evaporated. Finally, dry products will be got;

Working principle
Biomass hot air furnace is composed of biomass burner, hot air purifier room and air mixing chamber.
Materials are sent to bunker of burner by feeder. Then materials are sent to combustion chamber of burner by screw feeder. Combustion air is sent to distribution room by fan. Then, the combustion air will enter air chamber under fire grate through adjustment valve. Then, air will pass through materials layer through fire grate. Volatile matter will be overshoot first. On fire grate, particles will contact with air fully and produce high-temperature flue gas. Hot flame will be injected from the burner outlet. Slag will be discharged from another outlet to slag removing machine. Hot flame will enter high-temperature air purifier room for secondary combustion. Dust contained in flue gas will got high temperature polymer deposition. Clean hot air from purifier room will mix with certain amount of cold air. The temperature of hot air is proper for drying materials and hot air will enter drying equipment (such as spray tower, rotary kiln, baking oven, oasthouse, air flow dryer and fluid bed ) for drying materials. The temperature of hot air can be adjusted according to real need. The temperature of constant air supplied is very stable (the deviation is about 5).
