Crushing type rotary drum dryer is a kind of newly developed rotary drum dryer based on absorbing international advanced technology and combining features and performance of rotary kiln. Because it is suitable for drying various residues slag, manure and sludge materials, it is also called crushing type rotary drum sludge dryer.
TDQ crushing type rotary drum dryer is a drying equipment with high mechanization degree. Flow residence while passing dryer drum is small and energy consumption is low. Aimed at features of sludge, TDQ dryer is set with crushing blades inside which can effectively avoid clustering and guarantee smooth drying process. Sludge after drying can mix with coal for combustion, which realizes aim of the amount reduction, stabilization and harmless disposal.
In addition, TDQ dryer can also combine with Taeda® low temperature exhaust gas drying technology which makes use of 150-degree flue gas to dry large amount of sludge in short time. Its system composition: wet sludge automatic dosing conveying----sludge dryer---dust catcher---auxiliary equipment. This system fully takes features of sludge during drying process into consideration and distributes heat source available reasonably and rationally so that to let each set of equipment play its best performance.
