Municipal Sewage Sludge Disposal Project in Gongyi City   

    The sludge+calcium drying system we customized for Gongyi Waste Water Treatment Plant is designed with 1-15t.h so that to meet 40t/day capacity (average moisture is 85%).
   We can provide a series of installation, layout design and commissioning service. Whole system mainly contains screw conveyor, sludge weighing device, mixer, screw dryer, exhaust gas disposal system and discharging conveyor. The sludge stabilization drying system developed by our company is featured in small occupation area. Through optimized design, this set of municipal sludge disposal system is installed in existing sludge loading shed. Compact structure holds no impact on system function. Old sludge discharging port is used as emergency discharging port.
