TEDA has designed and developed E-style dryer for the alcohol lees produced by alcohol plants, brewery lees (malt dregs) produced by breweries, and distiller’s lees produced by liquor technology. It is not only suitable for the recycling of waste produced by the above industries, but also suitable for drying sludge in alcohol plants. With small footprint, large output, simple and reliable equipment operation, is widely praised by new and old customers.

OSA dryer mainly contains heat source, material loading, feeding, rotary drum, material crushing device, discharging device, Induced draught fan, discharger and control cabinet. After entering rotary dryer, dehydrated wet materials will uniformly scatter in dryer and fully contact with hot air under co-function of lifting plates evenly arranged in drum and rotary wing shaft, which speeds up heat transfer process. Air damper set inside has both material-returning function and improving utilization efficiency of hot air. Whole system holds strong heat transfer ability and high drying efficiency. Dried materials will enter pulse drying unit for secondary drying along with exhaust gas. Exhaust heat is efficiently used. Final products will be collected to star discharger at material collector and discharged out dryer.
