Technical introduction
WZL no-gravity mixer is widely applied to chemistry, biology and building materials. It can adopt powder, granularity and other mixtures. It holds powerful mixing force. In a short time, it can realize fast mixing. It is good at processing mixture of materilas whose difference of proportion, finess and flowability are relatively obvious. No-gravity mixer is especially applied to elecronic battery, building mortar, environmental protection industry, mine and agricultural field.

1. Flexible material selection scheme
Mixer is made from carbon steel, manganese, 304 stainless steel, 321 stainless steel and other steel materials. Different materials can be used as a combination. While select materials for equipment: the part which contacts with materials and the part which doesn’t contact with materials;
Coatings and protection layer which holds function such as corrosion resistance, anti adhesion, separation and wearproof can be added inner mixer. The disposal methods for the surface of stainless steel are classified into sand blast, drawbench, polishing and mirror. These diposal methods can be used for different parts.

Materials of equipment can be classified into 316L, 321,304 and carbon steel.
2. Reliable driving device
According to different quality, starting method, mixing method, the mixer can arrange cutomized drive device with different capacity, power and different rotary speed. Owing to the inner blade engagement of double-shaft no-gravity mixer, the double-shaft drive force arranged is supposed to hold similar capacity. 3. Efficient agitation device
No-gravity mixer can make adjustment for double-shaft blade according to quality of different materials;
For example, add an addtional wear-resistant mixing blade, add an additional PTFE agitating blade and sawtooth agitating blade; no-gravity mixer can add an additional high speed crushing shaft in inner drum in order to coordinate with stirring materials flow and plays a role of breaking-up.
4. High-quality feeding device
No-gravity mixing machine normally configured with double door type turning plate door with a discharging valve, curve surface turningplate valve, whichcompletely fit the cylinder surface of drum, ensure no dead angle for stirring and make sure more even mixing of materials.

Working principle
There are two different and outwardly rotating parallel blades loading on no-gravity mixer. There is cross blade set on each shaft. Under the sychronized effect of drive device, the running track of two cross paddle shafts presents a overlappling relation and dislocation mesh. Drive device drives aspect ratio of paddle shaft rotates quickly. Rotary paddle forms centrifuge which will effectively spray materials on the drum. Materials will drop after arriving at the highest point (the highest point of parabolic curve is a moment of weightessness). Then, driven by paddles, materials will repeatedly mix. Under the effect of mixing, shear and separation, materials will be mixed evenly and rapidly.

Selection methods:
1. Make sure that volume of materials used for mixing; the range is controlled between 0.1 square meters to 20 square meters. Select proper equipment according to real situation.
2. Selet proper materials for equipment; textures are divided into two parts, the part which contacts with materials and the part whic doesn’t contact with materials. The other part of equipment will maintain the original texture.
According to quality, working demands and health level requirement, the texture can be divided into carbon steel, 304/316L/321 stainless steel;
After the selection of materials,decide the surface disposal requests according to specific requests;
3. According to the proportion of materials, mobility and start-up standard, decide the drive ability configured. Types of start-up standard:
Heavy load start-up; non-load starting;
4. According to real process requests, add auxiliary function components such as hydroject, heating/cooling and etc.
5. The requests for the design of device opening such as feeder, charging hole, cleaning port and vent hole;
6. Choose discharging mode and drive mode: it can be divided into manual mode, pneumatic mode and electrical mode;

Matching scheme
No-gravity mixer is set on production line; combined raw materials bin, batching system, conveying system, finished product storage, packing equipment; various combination to realize scale industrial production. In the process of combination, reasonable design and proper time arrangement are supposed to be fullfilled in order to realize efficientest production.
Configuration 1: use vacumm feeder to convey materials; finished product bin is set under no-gravity mixer; then, connect with packing machine;
Configuration 2: manual direct feeding matches with forklift; no-gravity mixer will connect with packing machine at the botttom;
Configuration 3: manual feeding mode connects will connect with no-gravity mixer; after secondary elevation, materials will enter finished product bin and get packed.
