Taeda DORT system is a kind of dynamic aerobic fermentation technology which costs shorter fermentation time. A series of processes are finished in aerobic dynamic rotary drum, like raw material pre-mixing disposal, organic constituent aerobic decomposition and fermentation. DORT system adopts continuous feeding, continuous discharging and intelligent oxygen supplying mode. Special designed fermentation rotary drum makes materials in the state of dynamic turning state, which helps multiple constituents evenly mix. Interspace will be formed under the dynamic state, which provides convenience for ventilation. Moisture will be evaporated rapidly and fermentation period is shortened. Different from common hot air dryer, it is simple mixing. Both performance and drying efficiency of DORT system are better than other type’s fermentation machine.
