    Dalian Changxing Island Chemical Sludge Dryign Project

This project is located at Dalian Changxing Island and is customized for Hengli Petro Company to deal with chemical industrial sludge. Raw material is biological degration sludge without corrosivity. After dewatering, initial moisture is 85%. After drying, final moisture is reduced to 40%. Designed input capacity is 200t/day (average moisture is 85%). Taeda low temperature exhaust heat drying system can make use of boiler exhaust gas as heat source to dewater sludge with 85% moisture content. Whole system is featured in large capacity and good drying effect. We can also provide customized service according to customer's real needs.
