    Xinxiang Waste Water Sludge Drying Site By Using Lime

This system is applied for Second Waste Water Treatment Plants in Changyuan County of Xinxiang City. Raw materials are municipal sludge after filter press. It adopt new type sludge+lime drying technology which mix sludge with lime and makes use of the reaction between sludge moisture and lime to fulfill evaporation aim. Our CAO system help customer save energy cost and guarantees stable sludge drying procedure.

Xinxiang Municipal Sludge Stablization Drying Project
Whole set system is sludge stablization drying equipment with alkaline lime and it is customized for Changyuan Waste Water Treatment Plant. There is about 170 ton sludge produced per day in the plant and moisture is about 80%. After drying, final moisture is required to be not higher than 50%. Whole system contains sludge silo, lime storage silo, mixing reaction system, rotary drum dryer, exhaust gas disposal system and electrical control system. At present, whole system has continuously run for years. Both working performance and drying effect are highly praised by customer.
