Brief introduction:
Vertical cone spiral ribbon mixer holds good mixing effect, convenient discharging and other advantages. It can match with liquid spraying device, heating device, lifting device and drying device. Speical spiral ribbon will lift materials up continously from bottom. Fog type liquid spraying device can spray liquid evenly on materials which are being mixed in order to guarantee the fully mixing of materials. Functions:

Features:
Solid materials which can flow freely is located at the cantilever shaft structure. The end of shaft will not contact with materials. The gap between agitating paddle of vertical cone mixer and vessel wall is very small to prevent materials bonding. Standard agitating stirring drive box will make sure the stably running. The maintenance of this equipment is low. It adopts proper seal structure aiming at various application. Shaft seal is installed away from product. Make sure that the tested and used mixer with good seal.
Applications:

Mix batchly materials which are crystalline powder sensitive to shear action and mix liquid into solid equipment. Operations:
1. Check whether each unit can work normally;
2. While mixing materials, feed materials after starting agitating; don’t start the machine after finishing feeding; otherwise, it will cause damage to shaft, gear, reducer, motor and agitating shaft.
