However, this kind of disposal method has been forbidden by most of countries. At present, Korea still adopts marine dumping disposal method. It is a kind of materials.
A great amount of concentrated pollutants is contained in sludge. Sludge is a terminal product of city sewage disposal. Until the third season of 200 years, there are about 3135 sludge treatment plants in our country and total disposal capacity of these sewage disposal plants reach to 0.136 billion t/d. The real disposal capacity is about 0.11 billion t/d. With the popularity of sewage disposal and the increase of processing rate, the production amount of sludge certainly grows greatly. At present, disposal methods mainly consist of dumping, burning, marine dumping and resource utilization. the most common way for resource utilization is stabilization and harmless disposal method which are also main ways used in many countries, such as Luxembourg and Portugal. Over 80% sludge is used for fertilizer making.

Relevant departments should analyze the content of pollutants and variation trend in different sludge disposal plants in different areas.

Marine dumping disposal method is a method which takes advantage of great dilution and accommodate capacity of ocean to dispose sludge. This kind of disposal method has advantages of simple operation and low cost. Therefore, many countries all over the world adopt this method to dispose sludge which is municipal sludge that conforms to relevant evaluation and limits. According to relevant survey, it shows that if marine dumping method is adopted in our countries, great risk will be caused to our ocean environment. Therefore, it is suggested of trying not to use this method. Agricultural use of urban sludge must conform to pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant (GB 18918-2012) and urban sewage treatment plant sludge disposal agricultural shale (CJ/T309-2009). In terms of organic pollution, marine dumping disposal method is not suitable for cities in our country. If the oil type in sludge gets effectively degraded, our country can adopt agricultural utilization of sludge for majority of sludge, which is a beneficial disposal method.
