Chemical industrial sludge is the final products of industrial sewage in chemical fibers. The sludge holds pungent odor. Its inorganic matters contain Ca, S and O. Its organic matters consist of a great amount of organic fiber, humus, criteria and various metabolin. Among these, there are some helminth, microbe, materials residues, organic residues and heavy metals. Therefore, comprehensive utilization of chemcial fiber is very important. At present, we always adopt concentration, disinfect, dehydration, landfill, incineration, agricultural utilizaition and other methods. However, these methods always cause secondary pollution to some extend. Special characteristics of chemical fiber is similar to raw materials. Use sludge to replace some of the raw materials and fuels for the production of cement, in addition to the realization of resources, the full use of energy, but also one of the toxic and harmful substances and absorbed or solidified into the cement matrix, minimizing the harm.
1. Pilot study of sludge as cement clinker
A. Sludge which is incinerated under 800 degree centigrade replace phosphogypsum as mineralizer to produce portland cement. Both the condensating time and strength are superior than that of gypsum. The treatment used in this experiment can be used instead of phosphorus gypsum as Portland cement.
B. Under same temperature, sludge for mineralization agents in the preparation of the Portland cement raw meal burnability to than phosphorus gypsum as mineralizer preparation of silicate cement raw material good. This may because of the sludge of Zn and other trace elements in components, and promote the absorption of clinker f-CaO.
2. Research of sludge reclamation
The disposal cost for biochemical sludge is very high. Adding zymin is a kind of effective method to reduce sludge. On one hand, enzyme can can dissolve cell of bacteria. On the other hand, it can dissolve big macromolecule to small ones, which is beneficial for secondary utilization in order to realize the reduction of sludge.
In chemical fiber wastewater biochemical sludge as the object, to carry out aerobic digestion technology optimization and production test research. The research results show that: the proletarian enzyme preparation can improve the aerobic digestion efficiency, optimize the investment plus the amount of the use of HCR device aerobic sludge digestion effect is better than that of micropore aeration device for 15mg/l.. Under the optimum conditions, sludge TSS cut 30% required time is about 5 days, production test showed that in the aeration tank into proletarian reagent can reduce the water content of sludge, sludge yield in the dry phase at the same time, it can reduce the sludge output of the system.
3. Composting process of sludge
Sludge got from the disposal of sewage is stored in storage tank. After adding flocculant agent, concentrated liquor will be sent to dehydrator. After dehydration, sludge will be sent to a composting room. There is horizontal pipeline set at bottom of storage where sludge will mix with coarse sludge. Then, sludge will be sent to fermentation barn by belt conveyor for aeration and fermentation. Then, sludge will be periodical dumped. Conveyor will send sludge to barn port. Use compost loader to send sludge to a fertilizer storage tank. Part of the crude fat sludge return material, mixed with sludge, a part with the addition of N, P, K Nutrient together into the fine mixer, after full mixing for granulation, drying, bagging, that is made of finished fertilizer.
4. Aerobic fermentation process
Use aerobic microbe to finish biodegradation and dissolve organic matters fully. Organic matter decomposition process to produce a large amount of heat, the composting temperature of 65 degrees Celsius and lasted for a long time, so that the water in the sludge further evaporation, the sludge water rate is less than 40%, at the same time to kill the parasite eggs in the sludge, Escherichia coli and other pathogenic microorganisms and mixed with sludge in the weed seeds and meet the sanitary standards.
Without proper disposal, sludge will cause secondary pollution. If make these sludge into fertilzer, we can not only protect environment, but also turn wastes into energy. Then, performance of enterprises will be added. Sludge is used for the landscape is conducive to the formation of a beautiful environment, the benefit of mankind, is worthy to be popularized. And chemical pollution is still in preliminary research and exploration stage, follow the sludge treatment and disposal of the three principles is where our future research direction.
