Thanks to government’s fund and policy supports, sludge disposal accounts for a more and more market proportion. Sludge disposal technology has been developed to some extend.
Combined with Sewage treatment plant sludge treatment and disposal and pollution control technology policy (for Trial Implementation) and 8 standards, it can be summarized that the final aims of sludge disposal focuses on land utilization, brick making, incineration and landfill. The indexes of sludge drying products were compared with the standard limits, and combined with the local climate, environment and economic characteristics. The main resources of the sludge products were analyzed.
Land utilization
There are a great amount of nutrients which can benefit growth of plants. It can be used a kind of good fertilizer and improvement agent. In addition, we use the sludge co firing, fly ash in flue gas in molten adhesive obstruction, flue gas of large displacement, large heat loss, the thermal efficiency of the boiler decreased reasons, but also restricts the application and popularity of the technology. Thermal power plant auxiliary incineration project implementation need coordination of related government policies, and comprehensive consideration of the sewage treatment plant, sludge treatment plant, thermal power plant in the distribution of the distance necessary factors.
